Cameron is Director of the C. Lewis France office. Prior to joining C. Lewis, Cameron worked in the investment industry with focus on:
Cameron completed his Baccalaureate at Ecole Active Bilingue in Paris before completing a Masters in Astrophysics at University College London. Cameron began his career in finance at BNP Paribas as P&L Controller. Between 2006 and 2012 he worked for BlueCrest Capital, first as a product controller responsible for the profit and loss reporting and control for the systematic trading desk before being promoted to book running the Mercantile Fund.
In 2012 Cameron accepted the role of COO for World Trade Capital Partners before joining Markham Rae as Partner and Trade Finance Strategy COO, a role he held from 2014 to 2018 participating in the fundraising and launch of Markham Rae’s trade finance strategy which successfully raised over $450m of funding. Between 2019 and 2022 Cameron worked as a freelance financial and business consultant based in France with accomplishments including the procuration and configuration of an ERP system for a multinational export business, budgetary analysis and financial simulations, analysis and optimisation of a financial and administrative reporting system and the provision of GDPR analysis, consultancy, and training creation for a multinational business. Cameron has also volunteered on several projects. Between 2020 and 2021 he worked as a volunteer Investment Adviser to Malampa Province, Vanuatu involving the drafting of provincial investment policy and capacity building to assist with international development goals.
