Ian began his career in Forensic Accounting when he joined the C. Lewis London office in 2006. Over the years at C. Lewis, Ian has dealt with and managed numerous Property and Energy BI, ICOW, DSU/ALOP and Stock claims of varying scope and sizes for insurers and lawyers in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
His speciality over this time has primarily been focused on complex petrochemical, energy and steel losses; however his industry experience also includes:
During his time at C. Lewis, Ian has worked closely with Insurers during catastrophic events, not only with loss analysis services but also in managing and documenting total flood claim databases and exposures.
Ian has also assisted on a number of litigations, mediations and arbitrations in the UK and around the World; assisted in the management of fee funds on behalf of Insurers and provided business valuation services.
