We have provided assistance and expertise to insurers following catastrophic events all over the world, including: Hurricanes Wilma, Rita, Katrina (2005), and Ike (2007); earthquakes in Chile (2010) and Japan (2011); flooding in the UK (2007), Thailand (2011) and mainland Europe (2014 & 2015); and the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2022).

For our insurer clients, the immediate necessity is to identify policyholders and their potential exposures in the affected areas, and provide a rapid response to assist insurers in releasing funds for recovery.

As well as providing assistance with the calculation of losses to insured businesses, we have also assisted insurers to identify, catalogue and calculate their own wider exposures and notify reinsurance markets.
